Fail
Digital Signage FAIL: Is it going to drop?
We received this picture and the quality isn’t the greatest but it was quite important to post it here. In this picture you will see the flange for the ceiling pole not installed tightly to the ceiling. This gives the impression the screen and the pole has dropped by a few centimetres which in actual fact it hasn’t. It can be quite hazardous and fatal if it did, so every installer needs to cautious and make sure the pole is securely installed to a concrete ceiling or a structural support.
FAIL FEATURES
Flange not securely tightened
SUGGESTIONS/RECOMMENDATIONS
Securely tighten the flange before leaving site
Test to make sure the ceiling pole can support the weight
